For PC VR the Varjo Aero has the same resolution and costs 1300$ I believe, the rest you can do on a plain old iPhone.

I think Apple has lost their minds charging $3500 for a vr headset. Their maxed out 15” MacBook Air is $1500 cheaper! The best Oculus is $299.

Thought I’d be upset but nah. I prefer my PSVR2 I’ll save that $3500 LOL. It will be worth it one day like the day I don’t need a Mac to extend the display but rather macOS is just built into an app and a virtual MacBook is usable.

4000$?! Not even including you need a 2000$ MacBook to use it he’ll no they had like 6 years to develop this shit we new about this in like 2016 it was rumored this is a waste until they slice the price in half make it a stand alone device I’m never buying this crap.
