Hey Allen,

Your content is so informative. I have my CSA since January of this year and recently attained my implementation specialists Cert (Itsm). However, I am finding that most admin roles are requiring minimum 2-3 years experience.

Thanks for another great video Allen! I obtained my CSA back in May and went right to work on my CAD cert and just passed that one last week without much problem. I have over 24 years of IT experience, BS in IT management, MBA and with around 3 years in my previous role with ServiceNow mostly ITSM creating incidents, problems and managing our knowledge articles, creating, updating, publishing and approving them. I have applied to so many ServiceNow jobs both on Linkedin and job boards but either I don't hear anything or get rejections. I am about to start work on CIS-ITSM certification next along with some more micro-certs. Any other suggestions?

Great video! Thank you! Would you know where to find recruiters?

@OtherM112594

Fantastic video! Incredibly informative and succinct. There are so many elements summarized throughout the sections that I never even considered or learned about during my ServiceNow training.

Question: I was CSA certified in 2022 but the certification expired before I could obtain any work. Would you recommend spending more money to retest and get certified before actually obtaining employment or should I wait until Iโ€™ve obtained a role in which I can climb up and gain experience to regain my CSA?

Thank you for the great tips and for all that you do, good sir.

@theblacknerd3185

I just heared about servicenow last week i was recommended to take some courses on youtube before going in for the CSA cert. I did computer science in the university but didnt graduate (for some reasons) but i have some expireience as a developer. Should i take the developer role or administrator ? Can anyone suggest the
best path i can follow ?
