Everything seems pretty good till I read 10k steps, 500+ push-ups and no meals in the morning πŸ˜‚
Not only it takes too much time, I'll be skinny without breakfast and 3 Liters of water is unhealthy for those with low bodyweight. If anyone wanna do the challenge, be very mindful of the exercise part if you're a beginner. You push yourself, not break it πŸŽ‰
