Ok, I did NOT know this was a thing, but I will 100% be talking to my Dr about this.
Thank you for this! Having compassion for myself and the struggles around movement, pain, and balance is such an endurance event. EDS, POTS, AUDHD and fibromyalgia for me, it’s taken me almost two years to be regularly mobile. Thank you for your videos as they help me know how many of us really exist and how to keep focusing on what I CAN do, rather than wishing I could be different 🙏🏻
Your videos are always mind blowingly accurate for me
Yeah, I get DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) on day 3 instead of day 2.
Currently on the process of finding out if i have a neuro issue. This felt weirdly fitting. My jaw, neck, shoulders are a pain on a daily when there isn’t a logical reason for it, so I will look into this more. Thank you ♥️
That’s me, but I’m not working out anymore! How do I stop this?! Please let us know ❤
I’m not sure what AuDHD stands for, but I’m certain it can’t be Australian ADHD
This is 100% true, I have the unholy trinity of EDS, POTS, and autism 😢 the correlation between those three is ridiculously high, I wish I could tell more people about this! I'm both lucky and unlucky to have Classical Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, so I was diagnosed at a younger age than most people and knew about this correlation
Wait how did you just explain my whole life
Omg this is ME!!!!!!!!! 😮
This was really helpful, thank you. I'll definitely be looking into this more.
It's sad that I can get more accurate diagnose from a random yt video than from a real doctors with diplomas et al.
This happened to me after joining the gym for the first time the other day. I thought it was going to be an amazing day, but then it felt like my whole body was inflamed. Would you say that means avoiding the gym or exercise or monitoring strength and affects of it?
This was something i didnt know. Thank you for posting this.❤
WHAT??! THAT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE
To everyone saying neck pain is normal after working out, as a certified corrective exercise specialist I just have to say…WHAT? Lol If your neck is hurting after you work out, that is not normal. Unless you specifically worked your neck. But beyond that, I’m not referring to muscular soreness from exercise. I’m referring to pain and tension that put some people in bed and/or disrupt their lives. You don’t get DOMS in your neck after doing an arm workout.🤦🏻♀️
Thank you for this. I’ve had chronically tight traps for 30 years (bad whiplash injury) and anytime I workout I hurt for days. I’m tryin to get good at yoga and I’m good with leg stuff but upper body - whoa. I’m not even sure if it’s worth it anymore. 😢 (I am hyper mobile fyi)
The pain is real ! Thanks for the info!
yea i was recentlt diagnosed with dysautonomia 😭 basically no treatment
