Chris, I’ve been a fan of your channel for over a year. I have done strength training on my own for years so I loved your step and aerobics videos. My health has taken a major setback and I’ve had surgery recently, with more to come. I haven’t been able to workout in a while and I still don’t feel up to a lot, but this workout was just the right speed for me today. It felt good to have some movement. I know that I will not feel like working out everyday and I need to listen to my body and let it heal but I want to keep active (even if it kills me to not be at my former pace). I know that I can always count on your channel to find something for whatever strength I have in the tank for that day. I appreciate all that you do and there is truly something on your channel for everybody! ❤

I needed a little quick pick-me-up to get my blood moving before heading out, so even though I'm not a beginner, I thought I'd give this a whirl. With some modifications and bumping the playback speed to 125%, I found a great compromise and got a few extra steps in today. Thank you!
