Today is my first day
I started out at 107kg and now down to 97. 10kg for just a month. I changed my diet and followed this video and the other 17 minute video of roberta everyday. Never missed one day. And lost 10kg. I'm not sure if that's a lot or not, but i'm proud of myself for being consistent. Thank you for your videos πππ
