I've lived next to train tracks. You get used to it. Hardest part is when the trains are off schedule. Then it's like.....there's some disturbance in the force.
So the rent is really $2700. It’s $900 if you’re renting it with 2 roommates. So yeah,$900 is cheap, but what do you do when you have a wife and kids? $2700 is a lot of money for an apartment that just a few years ago was probably around $1800.
Next time quote full monthly amount of apartment.
Rent everywhere. Citizens with no property ownership
If you live in the city and are use to hearing police ,fire truck , ambulance sirens, train tracks is another sound you will hear " not hear". That's a good price for New York.
After a while you wont hear the train anymore once you get used to it.
3 space heaters is not a good sign
And close to the trainstation 😮 amazing apartment for amazing price 👏
So I did a little bit of digging and this place isn’t $900.00. I usually like you’re videos but this seems a bit deceptive. The place is actually $2,800.00. I’m assuming $900 would be if you have additional roommates. 🏢💸🔍🧐
it's not $900. No way those rooms are $300. More like $2700 ÷ by 3... C'mon Cash!
“oven is massive”😂
You should sell cars with that voice😄
That's actually awesome and I could live with the train nextdoor
Any roommates I will move in tomorrow if no roommates
Well, you’ll be paying a lot more if you need to run space heaters to keep it warm.
I still own a place that I bought in 1989. It's a 3-bedroom home on 10-acres, with a large, stocked pond, and two outbuildings. I rent it for $700 / month and paid $41,000 when I bought it. Fork, New York! (city)
I actually like the sounds of trains and of airplanes flying overhead, because it reminds me I’m not alone. And after a while, you don’t even hear it… That apartment is massive and fantastic. I would live there in a heartbeat. Plus, free Windex.
Love you cash. Always good vidios and good info thanks you bring us to new york
Hands down. Landlords should be required to get Cityproof windows for those who live that close to trains in NYC. Trust me, those soundproof windows WORK!
