@DarkArtGuitars

Thank you for not splitting this up in a million parts like any other youtuber would have done, it is so cool to see something from start to finish in one video.

@alwaysfallingshort

I understood about 1/10th of this video, but what I do understand is that the hacker spirit I witnessed in the 90s and early 2000s has not died. Really cool that an ali-express salesperson, a youtuber, and an RFID company could come together for no reason but curiosity and scientific creativity. Great video.

@StrangeParts

UPDATE: That chat during the premiere was super fun! Thanks for the all the feedback - I'll likely tweak how we do it, but I think we'll do it again. Probably not for every video though.

Hi all! This is my first time doing a premiere. I thought you guys would enjoy chatting with me before, during, and afterwards. I'm always at my computer when I launch a video, answering comments, so I figured I'd try out the premieres thing and make it a bit more realtime and interactive. If you're not into it, totally cool - this will turn into a regular video after the premiere, and you can watch it just like you normally do. Cheers!

@naota3k

17:03 The thought that you were trying to advertise something with this video never even came to mind, but the fact that you took time to explain (transparently) what exactly led to what, just inspires more confidence as a viewer. Keep doing your thing, Scotty. Love from the US.

@buzz314

F for the guy with the bottle 38:10

@UnboxMaster

The guy at 38:10 just summarizes my life...

Press F to pay respect...

@Skizzy034

Hey Linus, this is how you do a factory tour. You let the experts talk..

@bluelightningnz

Just watched this after your premiere review video. It would be a crying shame if people didn't see this, so I hope lots of others manage to find it the same way. Awesome job, thank you!

@voltlog

Congratulations on yet another great video! Also looked like the guys from impinj are super cool and you had a great time with them.

@shopkedai

the coolest experience is you are able to glue us to the whole complex process which is beyond average man comprehension to follow and not feel intimidated.thanks Scotty and
everyone that help.

@MikaelLevoniemi

No doubt aluminium and the binding agent are used because they are much much cheaper than copper and they are printable in massive quantities.

@TheLQQkout

I used to work for a company that uses RFID tags as an assistive technology for the blind community.
A pharmacy would use a programmer to load the information about a prescription onto an RFID tag that would be attached to the prescription bottle or package.
The tag would include the name of the prescription and prescribed dosage, prescriber info, number of refills remaining and any warnings assciated with the prescription.
The blind patient would then use a tag reader to read back the information to them so they didn't have to rely on a sighted person to read it to them.

@goflydrone6447

Firstly let me just say, Scotty you have a natural ability to transfer you enthusiasm into a really interesting and informative video , I am just a avearage guy who is not super intelligent , but the way you explain things , just sinks in ,and I understand what you are trying to explain..wish the education systems worldwide could capture what you have ,and teach the teachers how to do it like you ..hope this makes sense to you...great vid again matey ..

@ashishhota79

OH MY GOD!!!! Your cinematography skills have improved SOOOOOOO MUCH. I loved watching your videos because they were fun and informative but now i have to watch your every future videos for the cinematography.

@kriskropd

You say it's not an advertisement - but this is probably the best form of advertising. Thanks Impinj!

@xaninator

This might be my favourite video of yours so far, I love all the background

@led_ma

Kudos to all the technicians and engineers showcased in the video, very passionate people who makes you understand any topic much much easier. Man, those West Coast IPA wrapped things up pretty damn well.

@tanishpatki4711

I have to say, this is one of the most informative Chanels in the tech media industry. I truly like watching these videos. Although long, the brain food is GREAT. I hope that Scotty continues producing such videos.

@ruggedbrother8816

ONE OF THE MOST ICONIC VIDS YET! Just imagine trying to put this together without the YouTube platform. Incredible work.

@machinainc5812

Bottle drinker discrimination near the end. Everyone left the guy hanging 😂
