This was hard! I took many breaks and modified, I even took a long break in the middle, had to go to the store, but I completed Day 2! I am proud of myself and of whoever is reading this!

By having a stable core can improve our performance of the workout, and also can correct our position, loveeeee this core workout, day 2 here we go!
What I love about Anna's workouts is that they always give out a chill, refreshing vibe while your body is still burning and sweating.

AHHH I just wanted to share that I’ve just started my fitness journey again after being stuck in the hospital for half a year and today I realized that I’m finally strong enough to finish this whole workout!! I’ve never seen the end text of “I’m so proud of you” and “you are so strong” but it really means a lot and moved my heart. Thank you so much Anna 💕
Yesterday was soooo sweaty (as always for me with full body) but today I've managed to show up AND do EVERYTHING without breaks and only one modification!! What a win Thank you, Anna!

Dont give up! I did this several weeks ago and could barely complete the excerises. I cane back two months later and can get through it. Progress is slow but it happens.

Today was my first time working out after a very long break...it was quite difficult, my form wasn't perfect and I had to take a few breaks, but I am so so proud of myself for committing to it and completing the entire thing...anna you have inspired me to get out of my comfort zone and re-start my fitness journey even when I am back to square 1...so excited to feel motivated and healthy again!!
