I really needed this today❤. A situation with a customer reminded me that communication isn’t just about talking...it’s about listening, understanding, and showing up with empathy. This video helped me realize that it’s not enough to just sell; it’s about building real connections. The way you broke it down made so much sense and honestly shifted how I see my role as a business owner. This kind of content is gold for people like me trying to grow with intention. Thank you for this Boss ❤

@osigrace

This hit deep😮 the way Myace China explains that sales is really about how you make people feel is a total mindset shift. 'Pressure repels, niceness compels' — that line alone is a master key. In a world where everyone is trying to sell, this is a reminder that true connection is the real currency. This video isn’t just about sales, it’s about human strategy. Indeed this is the most educative channel in Africa. Big respect Sir!

@OnyinyechiNneoma

Well explained on how to communicate with your customer 🎉❤ not only feel good but also satisfy your customers. Nice rapour

@julietdigital23

This live session showed me another dimensions of marketing..

I really learnt that a convinced customer is a continuous buying customer..

@lawalhalimat6574

Today's live really made me realize that effective communication with customers isn’t just a skill it’s a mindset, I got to know customer is beyond just selling, it's the 5 things I learnt about today. Communication is about approaching every interaction with the humility to listen, the discipline to be clear, and the empathy to connect. What I’m taking away is that the real value in communication isn’t just in delivering a message, but in creating understanding.
For me, this is a call to be more intentional in how I communicate to stop relying on assumptions, and instead, build conversations rooted in the customer's context, not mine. If I can consistently do that, I won’t just be a better communicator I’ll be more trusted, more impactful, and more aligned with what really drives value in any relationship. Thank you very much sir. I don't think I can ever regret joining this YouTube channel. Every day enlightenment. More blessings sir

@MaiOZLifestyle

In today's livestream, I learnt how to communicate with customers for maximum value. Also, I learnt that marketing creates visibility, contributes, increases revenue and growth in business.
Furthermore, I learnt that good customer service helps us retain customers and they would give referrals. This teaching taught me that selling is not about getting leads, but about follow up and closing up deals, and that product knowledge helps in effective communication because you can only sell what you know. Thank you Sir for all the teachings. It has been very helpful in my day to day life

@Izobopromise

A well detailed and explanatory teaching on how to have good communication with your customers, how good and satisfied you make feel.
I'm glad I didn't miss today's live section,this is indeed the most educative channel to be on.

Much Love to the Mayor of Housing 🫡

@peaceujeremiah

Selling isn't just about transaction, it's about building relationships.

Selling with heart is the key.

It's all about vibing with your customers' feelings and showing them you truly care.

To win their hearts (and loyalty), focus on delivering value that speaks directly to their needs and pain points.

Get inside their world, understand their struggles, and offer solutions that make a real difference.

When you connect on an emotional level, you'll not only attract customers but keep them coming back for more.

Joining this live session was worth it 🔥

@iwunnamdi

Learning and earning at the same time.
The most educative and generous YouTube channel..❤❤

@FreeSpaceScholars

The line that changed everything for me was: “Make your customer feel so good, they’d rather pay more with you.”

I used to think my selling point was just being affordable — but today’s session made me realize it’s about emotional value. Last week, I started including handwritten thank-you notes with my deliveries. One client messaged: “This made my day — I’ll definitely come back.”

It’s wild how something so small builds trust. The Mayor’s teaching is pure gold. This channel doesn’t just teach business — it teaches legacy. Subscribed for life. 💯

@Ainokoeleojo98

I really learnt a lot from today's teaching

As s seller, learn to put on a smiling face

Try to know their feelings while rendering your service or selling yours goods and products

@ChideraInnocentBright

What stood out for me today was: “A yes is not a sale — payment is.” It made me realize that I’ve been settling for compliments instead of conversions.

Recently, I started checking in with clients after delivery — not just to say thanks, but to genuinely ask how they felt about the process. One told me, “You made me feel like I mattered.” That feedback gave me more joy than the payment itself.

This session didn’t just teach marketing — it taught meaningful connection. Every entrepreneur needs to hear this. Subscribed and staying plugged in.🔥

@Great_emmi

It was a great delight being part of the live session. And then having to go through the recorded video is more heart gladdening.
"This video is a game-changer! The insights on knowing your customers, crafting compelling stories, and the power of niceness in sales are invaluable. Bryan Eisenberg's quote, 'Facts tell, stories sell,' resonates deeply - it's all about connecting with your audience on an emotional level. Peter Drucker's emphasis on marketing and innovation as the two core functions of business is spot on. The four P's of marketing are crucial, but it's the feeling of value that truly matters. As the video so eloquently puts it, 'The feeling one leaves to the customer is more important.' I'm inspired to apply these principles to my own business and become relentlessly nice in my approach, understanding that pressure is repulsion while niceness is compulsion.
I'm elevated to be part of this channel and would gladly introduce all that I know to be part of it. Thanks for sharing such valuable knowledge sir!

@GloriaIheme-d5q

You made me understand that there are peculiar customers for every product hence, we need to know our customers by asking the questions why? Who? and what they are looking for. The main thing in marketing is PROMOTION which entails attention, emotion and solution but in school where I studied MARKETING I was told the main thing is PRODUCT. In sales, pressure is repulsion. Niceness is compulsion. To sell more be relentlessly nice! "My-Ace" I studied Marketing in school but all these wasn't revealed to me, here I'm using just my data as a fee to get this free knowledge.
You have deposited so much value in me that makes me feel indebted... YOU ARE A LIVING LEGEND

@SamsonGiftEkaba

What stood out to me was this: “It’s not about the price, it’s about how you make them feel.” That hit deep.

I’ve been so focused on pushing my product that I never paused to ask, “How does my customer feel after interacting with me?” From today, I’m shifting. I’ll start asking more questions, listening more, and following up—not just for the sale, but to show that I value their experience.

This video didn’t just teach strategy—it gave me a roadmap to build real loyalty. I’m grateful. This channel is now my business compass.

@AlozieUzoamaka
