This is the first Excel video that after watching I successfully completed a lookup! Thank you with yourvideo, I finally did it!! I am so grateful for your video. You made it very simple and easy for me to understand. I know everybody learns and understands differently, but I was beginning to think I would never get it. I have attempted multiple times over the past year they all end in failure...sometimes i even "Break" the departments macros and databases....😱 Finally I won't have to ask the super technical office person that isn't IT but everybody asks them for help...😬 I agree with @isabellayotte having a relevant example that is comparitve to the type of work I do makes a big difference. Thank you so much for your very intuitive and most importantly user-friendly video. I am now a subscriber!

XLookup is new to me, so will give it a try, but been going crazy with my vlookup because the formula wasn't pulling all the way down correctly. I think it's because the $ signs were missing, which didn't automatically populate when using the conditional assistant. This really helped! Thanks

2nd sheet was set up as a Table, so I had to change the Table Array to reflect that. Otherwise, got it working. Very nice, saves a lot of time and effort.
