The 980Ti gets more fbs, but the thing with older cards is the power consumption. Older cards use so much power and that’s why they’re not worth buying

The 980 is a good card. But the 3050, paired with a decent CPU, is good for something like a streaming/editing PC. Low power consumption, cheap, no external power, RTX supported. And with streaming, not many need to go over 1080p 60fps in most streaming softwares. It's a good work horse GPU.

Power consumption is also important, and it doesn't really matter only few FPS,in medium graphics it will be more FPS , but what matters is the electric bill and loss of energy and money

People are incredibly dense to compare 80 Ti regardless of generation to a 50 of another. It goes from 50 - 90, weak to strong. Depends on wattage too. Just depends on what the person wants and wattage they have to spare. Not everyone builds pcs from the ground up and some add to older prebuilts but need a power efficient gpu. I wouldn’t recommend the 50s though. 4060 for MOST pc users is more than enough, and that’s a fact many people can’t comprehend

I mean it's FSR so it's doubling them maybe so cut both numbers in half..... it's not such a big gap then. I think we need to just start looking at native results with all GPUs. Ray tracing on and Ray tracing off.
