The second earliest country song would then be Blue Yodel #1  (Tea for Texas).  Jimmie Rodgers blues song in 1928.  Considered the wellspring of Country music.  Thanks.

Some bizarre editing on this one. Showing the modern record first and showing B-roll of people rifling through record collections, only to show later that it is in fact a cylinder recording. Especially when the "moral" of the clip is about how we need to change the narratives around certain media to be more accurate of the real history.
