Kevin I use Playground AI and it lets me create 15 photos every 3 hours for free. After creating 15 photos for free, we will have to wait 3 hours to create another 15. The results are very good. Playground lets us create one image through another as inspiration. We can also resize photos. No watermarks even though it's free. I like this one a lot.

I would say the best ones are, civitai, tensor, seaart, and dalle 3 using bing, however the dalle 3 on bing does not allow you to generate certain images and even if you try your best to avoid making certain images, it still flags the content as unsafe and blocks the generation. This means you get stumped at any attempt at full creativity of your image. Some of the images created through dalle 3 on bing look amazing but what is better is if you generate an image through that then use image to image using tensor to generate a higher res version with a cleaner look, but you do loose some of that dynamic imagery that is created through dalle 3.
