I had the same Stryker Mako robotic assisted total knee replacement on April 22nd, 2025. It went extremely well. I'm 21 days post surgery and experienced very little pain or difficulty. I was terrified before the surgery because of all the horror stories of extreme pain and bad outcomes by other people. Please if you are facing this surgery don't be afraid, don't listen to the horror stories. Find a good experienced surgeon who uses this method. You will be fine.

I did both my knees done the same day four months ago on January 21st. My knees are still swollen, and my feet are still very heavy when walking with my cane. I go to the YMCA... to do exercises in the waters. I sleep well at night. I thank God i did this surgery. Hopefully, the swelling and stiffness will go away š.

I will be having a total knee replacement on January 17th 24...I have been a lil anxious but your demeanor and positive attitude has really encouraged me!!! Mrs. Joan, I had Bilateral total knee surgery Sept.22. I did so much research, and read and watched everything I could get my hands on! Bought things that would be beneficial to success. I have had a remarkable go of it so farā¦minimal painā¦only one night at hospitalā¦Husband took two weeks off to take care of me. You are showing not only your storyā¦but my story as well!!! I am getting stronger everyday..Keep shining for the LordšHe is worthy. Jesus I trust youā¦ was a sticker that I had made and what I had the nurse put over my IVā¤tube. God bless you, love Debbie

Well let me tell you, this knee surgery kicked my ass. I didnāt think it would be so painful. But after 2 months things started to do better. Now Iām at 3 months. Still sore and stiff but doing better! Canāt wait for no pain! Thanks for your encouraging words and happiness!

Thank you so much for this video! Youāre so encouraging. Iām having my surgery in two weeks and envisioned myself coming home half dead with pain. Oh my goodness you are just wonderful. I'm 53 and just had partial knee surgery. God bless you for making this video. I'm five weeks out and this video was so encouraging. I was looking for a video from a patient not a doctor. Great job.

Mrs Joan! Thanks so much for the Prayers!! I am now 4 weeks since my TKR, and am doing well! Had 117 degrees range of motion Thursday. More to come! They also gave me a knee cap re-cap. THAT hurt 2 days after!! Let's keep up with our exercises and thank the Lord for our recoveries!! Bob

Well done I just had my total replacement, People don't realise how painful it is on a scale of one to four it bends the needle at four , I just want to say well done because what we go through ain't easy especially the exercise,you are one tuff cookie I wish you well for the future
