Nice explanation! I like the way you start simple and build on it. Appreciate it 🙏
Thanks so much brother! I have been following you since your earliest videos and must admit you've always been a great tutor when it comes to usefu (non-hype) ai innovation. Regarding agentic workflows, I have worked with LangChain, Langgraph and CrewAI, and I believe this OpenAI SDK is way more powerful and versatile than the others! I think this will be the future of agentic ai, particularly due to its open-source and flexible nature. Please continue exploring this tool and share your valuable discoveries with us ❤
Very good tutorial, as always. I have 2 questions: 1. After Triage hands off to billing or tech support, why do both second level agents return the response to Triage instead of dealing directly with the customer themselves? Was that just a design choice, and not required by the framework? Or does this approach work better in handling bandwidth and customer wait time issues? Has Triage been given customer relations skills that were not built into the others? In other words, it is part of their differential specializations? 2. I don’t deal with OpenAI, so I was happy to hear that they can be cut out of this framework. However, what happens to the trace system in that situation? Does it still work? How can we build our own trace systems for our local open source agents? P.S. I agree with this first comment to this video that a link to the notebook file would be helpful. Plus I think you also referenced something from Data Camp, but we can probably find that one. Thanks!
Awesome tutorial! Could you please share the colab link?
link to notebook please
I like how you break everything down, i don't understand the flag for hate or mislead? ( this is not directed at prompt engineering just had would you database and program that?) For instance of course what is hate speech? Are you saying 1) i hate jews? Would that me hate speech? What if i said i hate chickens would that flag me as well? 2) misleading are we talking about in the program or just in general? For instance some people think it is misleading to say the pyrminds where anything but tombs yet their is evedice that it was not a tomb.
