This video does not do anything but confuse people....if someone who didn't know which of the 3 DAW platforms you listed to pick or upgrade to, they will be scratching their head even more after watching this.
Cubase 12 = Pro Tools and Logic in one DAW. Cubase = best DAW. No doubt... (former PT und Logic user here)
Everything is wrong in this video.
I wish the music that loops under this entire video was much louder
Don’t get what you mean with Logic being not as easy to use. Most would attribute Cubase as having a steep learning curve. I prefer Cubase but the complexity of the interface (made unnecessary by the rather weird icons which often don’t resemble anything) make it harder to use than Logic.
This video is so misleading on every level. So much misinformation. Where are the Google fact checkers? Me - a long time music professional of all of these DAWs.
Your dates are wrong. Cubase 1989. Pro Tools 1991. Logic 1992.
Talking a lot of nonsense in a great pace. You obviously have no idea of what you are talking about. You comparison is incomplete and inaccurate.
As a sound engineer and music software geek i can tell you that this review is a load of meaningless waffle...your sub list will likely never grow based on these hollow comparisons!
its very obvious the OP is a content creator, and not a professional audio engineer. the misinformation here is hilarious, and all of these daw's are used professionally, by the highest level of audio engineering professionals.
Many film composers use Cubase. But you can import and score to film in all 3 daws
One DAW does not sound better than another.
You're a pro tools user I presume. Don't agree with your assessment having used Cubase and Pro tools. And pro tools doesn't sound "better" at all. Cubase is the better option for almost everyone unless you need to be sending sessions back and forth with studios. Hilarious man! It doesn't deliver better quality audio files! What are you talking about? ROFL!
Creating a Youtube video is an intricate creative process in which the viewers of such video would like the creator to have intense knowledge of such subjects. After watching this, I wanted to run out and buy Protools. But wait, I thought they lost their industry advantage when they tried to sell us a collection of worthless proprietary controllers to run their software. I have no idea where you get your data from but there are many incorrect statements in this video. This video appears to be biased toward Protools if you want to record professionally. There are many DAWS on the market and they all do the same thing. One should commit to the DAW that best fits ones workflow.
The all-software solution is Cubase/Nuendo. Pro Tools is outdated for many reasons.
Even though the name/ownership has changed a couple of times, Logic Pro evolved directly from C-Lab Creator which appeared in 1987.
Everything is wrong in this video
It seems as you don't like cubase or don't know about it.
Your video says a bunch of nothing my man
