It could be 15% but if you compare it with china and the us it's fine but not phenomenal, we need 10% growth for over 10 years to reduce poverty drastically.

Just GDP Growth doesn't Indicate Growth of a Country. Example,,,. If  Your Family have Total 5 Children. One  Child is Earning 1 Lakh Rupees per month which He doesn't Share with his Siblings. Other 2 children are Earning 8,000 Rupees per month, The Remaining  2 Are Unemployed .  Still you Boast that Your Family's Income is 1,16,000 per month. That one Child will Enjoy a Luxurious life. The 2 children earning 8,000 rupees per month will Live an Average Life. While the Remaining 2 will Struggle All their Life. What is Important is  Per Capita Income???
