I spent a couple years at Tsinghua as an exchange student. One of my friends there was a PhD student, he once pointed out that the ones in his lab getting the most done were the Pakistani students, they very often had a wife and kid with them, and could not afford to stay late at the lab, which forced them to be efficient. All that to say: I think one of the biggest traps that many of us fall into today is hard work for hard work's sake. If we focus on getting in and out quickly, then we also set up a rapid feedback loop, which helps us stay on track, whereas if we're not frugal with our time it can often be the case that things just end up dragging out.

Like in China, Myanmar high school students have to experience matriculation exam. 6:30 am to 6:30 pm for school+tuition and then we have to study the rest hours of day. Thus we can pass this tough entrance exam. Can You Give Advice to manage 6 school subjects that students must learn. After school and tuition There are about 4 hours to study for 1 literature 1 English 1 math 3 science subjects How can I handle all?😢
