I got a pregnancy pillow it’s helped so much with ease

I’m day 3 and it still hurts so bad I don’t want to move , but trying walking around the house. Mine is L5s1 diskectomy.

Day 15 here still very little mobility. I can walk no problem... but the rest nopppp
