I started Upwork 1 year ago, I've been grinding for months but never got any job.
I sent out over 200 proposals, still no job.
So i came to a conclusion, which can be applied to all freshers out there.
The main part of my all new proposals is " i want to create a free sample for you, it'll be very quick and exactly the same as you want"
It's unbelievable The amount of attention my proposals are getting.
If you've the ability and you're Sincere, every beginner should give this a try.

Indeed! I had been making tons of video examples throughout a year and then went to Upwork where I easily found my first client only due to examples I had made before. So it is greatly important not only for beginners but also for people that aren't new to Upwork.

Many people are saying that it is very difficult to get a work in December... I am a new freelancer who has earned $2k+ within 2+ months. Alhamdulillah... But even after applying several times,  I noticed that most of the clients are not hiring and they are just posting jobs in December(I am talking about clients with previous hiring records)...so shall I stop applying in December or keep applying for new jobs? What is your thought on that?

i am facing this issue with my Upwork account it got suspended all times and the one i created recently received rising talent but got suspended few days after that now i can't get it back i have talked to there customer support
