Employers and employees are not perfect. None of us is perfect. We need to forgive each other and pray for each other. We just need to apologize, ask for forgiveness and help each other do better. Customers too are not perfect and not always right.

Being rude to employees is unprofessional and wrong and in no way is it part of the employee- employer relationship or part of “because I pay you”. People get grouchy and say things in a rude way sometimes; it’s just important to apologize if that happens so that you can keep quality employees, a good working relationship and respect.
