Thanks! I broke the cover
The tension is about 20 percent near the middle. You might not break the clamps but might cause a permanent bend on those clamps. What you should do is reach for a cavity on the left side then pull. The left clamp will release then pull lastly pull from the exhaust(the holes where the air comes out from the heat sink). It will be hard at first but this is the safest way. Even bambulab recommends it this way
Magnetic attachment printable - makes this much easier!
Do dont pry for the bottom, but pry from the bottom
Broke the cover clips. Thanks!
Thanks for the tips
Brother you’re supposed to push in on the sides, it’s literally in the manual.
Thanks!!
I like to press on the sides and it comes off pretty easily
Someone didn't read the instructions, which is funny because I can see the blank space where he would have had to peel the instructions off the printer next to the print bed. Grab sides in-line with the Bambu Lab text to remove the cover.
It was more of an issue of finding the seam in the location and not grabbing onto the piece behind it. Besides after I had to pull the covers 3+ times for this old brittle PLA with glitter, those covers stay off. I'm even thinking about getting thumb screws to replace the hex head ones for the little inset cover that's over the cutter and top of the nozzle. I'd even do a smaller cap to see the active rotation. My cap is starting to break due to how many times its had to be pulled.
When i get one of those printers, i am going to print a replacement cover just in case
THANK YOU!!
while praying from the bottom xD
nice, thanks
Actually just the worst cover design in the history of printers, almost like they want it to break so you buy another one, but tape works just as well if not better
Yup! I snapped the clips off of mine 😢
Or… just press the side tab.
Bambu users need guide how to remove cover? Huh
