It's is totally scam Booking is frustrating Costly food Away from cities 2&3 star resorts but many time no facilities Never ever buy club mahindra membership. I have been member from last 2013 and I have always experienced hassle and problem in booking.

I was scammed by saying a plan and when the time came for using the plan they said these things haven't been shared in writing so can't give. I was scammed over 70k and I stopped making further payments

Your video is good. We should support people who is victim of 3r party agents who is giving false promises. Yes there could be a scam by the 3rd party agents who brought you to the CMH office by false promise. But the actual CMH sales person explains the policy. I am happy members last 10 years. If you know how to use it then only you should go for it other wise defiantly you will cry. This is most beneficial investment for frequent travelers. 1. Club mahindra cancel the holidays if you have not paid the current year fees. But if your booking is confined they will not cancel the holiday if your holiday booking are on Hold due to non payment it gets cancelled 24hours prior to checking. Same rules applies to Wait list holiday. 2. Some properties are associated so that can be sale by any 3rd party travel agents or some of travel agents hold the rooms by buying multiple membership. 3. They offered the 7 nights per year but if you go one season down it goes to 10 days and one more season down then its become 14 nights. 4. Since its a timeshare concept means you need either plan last moment or in advances. Now days if you book in advance holidays are available. 5. My observation is people are buying this membership because they are offering iPhone MacBook etc which is absoulty stupidity.
