Thankyou Sir. I used these tips in first interview for level 8 at Accenture. Earlier I was selected for level 9 but their pay band was lower to my current package so they have referred me now for level 8. I still hope to hear back from them.

Good for Jack Ma, he's still able to count the number of times he got rejected. But for the number of times I got rejected by Accenture, "countless" is an understatement. It was even the first company I applied for when I graduated from college 20 years ago. Up to this day, even if I aleady have a job and doing quite well, I'm still taking my chances to apply again for Accenture. Hopefully, over the years, I am now more than enough to fit in.
