Great video got me thinking adding 7 segment displays for each player to keep score first one to nine would be winner I just don't know how to do it lol

Nice idea. But the schematic still needs some work. 🤪 
The restet-botton only kills the battery. 
The 1kohm resistor above it is also shorted. 
The switch on the middle 555 an one LED have no function. 
Wikipedia: CONTROL-Pin -  If this pin is not used, it should be connected to a 10 nF decoupling capacitor (between this pin and GND) to ensure electrical noise doesn't affect the internal voltage divider. 
Vcc-Pin -  Decoupling capacitor(s) are generally applied (between this pin and GND) as a good practice.
