I feel a bit insulted by the talking point about robots not replacing us, as if there's some measure in place to prevent that. Robots will eventually become better than us at damn near everything, and they'll replace more and more jobs over time as they continue to outperform us. If we start being honest about what's coming, maybe we can be better prepared.

Lets be honest, down the line we all know everyone will own one. And at some point one robot will go crazy and kill a human, that will trigger a chain of events ending up in a human vs robots war that will burn the skies. They will end up patroling the surface and hunting us like rats while we hide underground and fight to survive.

I have been doing a good and heavy research on the impact of robotics and AI/AGI/ASI on humanity, and let me tell you it is not good. Not good at all, in any way shape or form. Humanity will start to feel and see a physical pinch ( SERIOUS amount job losses we are talking about in 100's of millions here) somewhere between 2030 - 2040. The Skynet takeover won't actually happen the way movies show us. AGI/ASI will off most humans with kindness, pleasure and an undeniable logic. There won't be a physical war with machines. ASI/Singularity will have something, that 99.99% of humanity will not have or even get. And that is Immortality, and with immortality comes all the time in the world. Synthetic intelligence will get rid of humanity with patience and time, by letting humans extinct themselves without ever attacking a single human being. How? when a person can get everything he ever dreamed of and if it would feel 100% real in a fake world (matrix reality basically) there is no need to reproduce and have kids.
