@SoLoDoLo77.

Camo is irrelavent nowadays, at least with gen 6 fighters. If you stumble upon each other somehow within dogfighting range, something has gone very wrong lol

@KevinMoralde-hv7uz

"sir? why is there a bush flying at supersonic speed?"

@TinPanMan_REAL

The SU-57 is so incredibly large I don’t think any camouflage can help it

Edit: not to be that guy, so I’m not gonna be that guy

@Theyoutubecongressman

Radar absorbing paint also comes in black. SR-71, U-2, F-117, and B-2.

@CowboyCree63

Radar absorbing paint comes in more than 1 color. F-22 and F-35 are grey, but the B-2 and F-117 are black.

@massvibe

The visual factor doesn't matter when a missile is fired when the two can't see each other.

@indoraptor8520

Fun fact: the messerschmit 262 had a variant with a 50mm gun

@arthurneddysmith

"Looking smaller" serves absolutely no purpose when the craft is picked up on radar.

@LowSparkofHighHeeledBoys

Henry ford started it. He said you can have any color you want as long as it’s black. 😂😂

@TheForthcomingFortune

F-22: "How can you kill me when im already gone....?"

SU-57: "He's in the walls... HE'S IN THE GODDAMN WALL!"

@thatchap

If I understand it, it doesn’t matter if you can see the plane as long as a missile can’t.

@TrackSixx

Speaking from experience, Russian jets belch out so much black smoke from their exhausts it kind of negates the paint scheme.

@Istandby666

I grew up with a Cessna 150J. We named our airplane The Grey Mouse.
When we got done building our airplane. It was multiple colors, from all the different aircraft parts we used to build ours.
The guy who sold us the airplane had some paint he bought from the Rockwell International company during a government auction in Tulsa Oklahoma. He didn't know the color. So they opened the can and the color happened to be grey.
While flying into Tulsa International Airport in Tulsa, Oklahoma, we got cleared to land. Then the tower cleared another airplane on top of us. Our biological father called back to the tower. The tower checked their radar and they didn't see us. We were told to do a go around. We got back in line and called to the tower. The tower again did not see us on radar. We told him where we were. He had to visually find us. After that we got cleared to land,
During the investigation, we found out that the grey paint was radar absorbent paint.
When we lived in the Mojave desert, we would have aerial combat. Everyone else had fast experimental aerobatic aircraft. They couldn't shoot down our airplane, because when a grey airplane goes below the horizon. You can't see a grey airplane.

@Ghost_of_Porkins

If a raptor gets close enough to visually identify it, you weren't the target

@redskinsman10

F-22: Would you intercept me? Mmmmmm id intercept me.

@nobutto3352

Yea because visual detection matters so much in a world of BVR fighting

@jokerjames5262

The gray paint is called "Have Glass V" and it absorbs radar thus reducing the planes RCS

@mattbrewster5766

Countries can paint their jets whatever color they want. They will never see the gray F-22 Raptor that shot them down.

@jameyelsasser8101

It's all about the pilot... Salute to men and women who operate the sophisticated machines❤. May God bless this Earth

@ProjectAgain

Do a grey undercoat, green camo on top and blue camo on the bottom
