My new favorite workout. I love working out with weights but hate jumping and getting on the floor. I recommend to those doing this workout taking a 30 second water break halfway through the workout, but no sitting; it’s too easy for your body to relax and then the other half of the workout is that much more difficult (had to learn that the hard way)

Thank you so much for this! I am getting back into fitness after the pandemic, my third baby, and a breast cancer battle. This is the first HIIT that I have done where I have felt proud of myself. I didn't complete everything exactly like I wanted to, but I will be back time and time again! One of my favorite workouts to date!

By the time it was at 90%, my legs and arms were literally shaking…. I didn’t think I could finish it… but somehow with a few breaks in the end I did it… and it feels like an accomplishment …. Thank you so much for these workouts… we love you too Anna..💗!!

That was the first home workout I've ever done in my life. I think I could do this. No obnoxious music or voiceovers, just straight to the content and easy enough to do at home in a small space. Looking forward to trying more of your content!
