Chugging a canteen before rack time used to always piss me off. Every recruit had to get up 4 or 5 times a night to piss. And when I went to piss by the time I got back in my rack I had to piss again 😂.

Yeah that checks out.. when I was in bootcamp in 2014 they wanted us hydrated. What signified we were hydrated? Water in the canteens. What would happen if you would drink the canteens to hydrate? The canteens would be empty, therefore, you were not hydrated. How did we stay hydrated? We didn’t drink any water so the canteens would stay full, therefore; we were hydrated. 🤦♂️
