Thanks for the comparison James! Really appreciate you including our Perfmatters plugin. 

Two things, we do have MU mode in the plugin which lets you completely disable/unload a plugin (scripts, MySQL queries, inline CSS/JS, etc.) Agree, this is very powerful and I use MU mode myself on a lot of our sites. https://perfmatters.io/docs/mu-mode/
