You said around 2:33 that words are rows and posts are columns? I believe you meant the other way around? Posts are rows(2034) and columns(26576) are words in the "vectors" array..

For data science people, it is surprising not to see... volume normalization :)
It's ok that the crowd is quieter, but Dr. Thomas's voice is recorded at volumes that are highly variate for some reason, and it makes it hard to understand without overly pumping up the volume... just noting...
