A question please: what if I want a calendar entry to be at 3pm, no matter what time zone people are in? For example as a reminder to do a certain exercise. Thanks for the video, that helped a lot ;).

Very informative video. In fact I was just today, looking around for a way to share my calendar. So this is a Godsend to me. But what does the other person do, after he/she receives the notification? What will it look like on his/her computer? I ask because the person I need to share it with, is not very computer savvy. Thanks for any guidance.

Hey Scott, thanks for this video! Question: We wanted to make one calendar to show the availability of (3) event spaces. On our end of the calendar, we've assigned color codes for the three spaces for quick visual management. We wanted to put this calendar on our public website so visitors could see when the spaces are already booked, indicated by "Busy"--we don't want the rental details of each space to be public. But, when we embed the calendar on our site, ALL events show as the same color, regardless of the assigned color when we make the event. Any thoughts here? Thanks!

Question, Scott: If I share using the free/busy permission, does "free" just mean the blank areas in the calendar? I would like to show a certain number of hour-long appointment blocks each day, with the status of each block displaying either free or busy. Any way I can do this? Thanks in advance!

This appears to only be valid on a laptop browser. Can this be done on my iPhone version of calendar.

If someone cancels the appointment on their calendar, it doesn't let me know. I don't get an email, and it doesn't get removed from my calendar. Is there a setting to fix that, or is that just a bug?

Hi Scott! Thanks for that. Great help. May I just ask why after making my calendar public (hide details) and clicking on link, I am taken to my calendar alright but the events are not showing. Any ideas? Thank you so much!
