The most reasonable awnser is spam reporting, some people are so hateful of people/games they will make lots of alts and report a lot of times until the game is locked or account is banned. One time a person hated a game called kaiju paradise so much he spam reported it with a billion alt accounts and sadly it ended up getting locked, but it was not recent and you can play it again.

All ROBLOX has now is using bots to moderate users, I was incorrectly moderated for apparently giving out PII, when all I said was my channel name and the moderator message said something about "prohibits recordings of minors", like, no one was even talking in the video, it was just me using the roblox chat

i lost my main and backup account for "avoiding an enforcement" even tho only my brother has a banned account i dont so they probaly thought me and my brother were the same person and he was bypassing the ban... now i lost such important accounts.

That's why in roblox's main rival, it's less strict and the support team is more advanced and does not go all "OH YES, WE'VE CORRECTLY BANNED YOU" right off the bat, they will say that they will investigate, not only that, they make sure you can put in a ticket in a way where you cannot be impersonated, and if you are interested what game is it, it's Rec Room.
