I usually use neutral because the bone in my wrist crackles when i use supinated grip, im still working on learning the ropes and trying to do it right, i appriciate you guys on YouTube teaching people!! :)
The 3rd one is not a bicep exercise it's a forearm exercise since no effect on biceps

What happens if you use a neutral grip and then on the way up you gradually switch to supinated grip, and on the way down switch back to neutral grip. Because that’s how I was taught to do it.
