Dear Sarah, I just wanted to say how much I love your meditations! I listen to them often, and I’m truly grateful for them. Your meditations are so special—your voice is amazing, and the background music is always perfect. They create such a unique and calming experience, and I really appreciate the work you put into them. I did notice that you don’t have any progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) sessions. Since PMR is especially effective for the nervous system and exhaustion recovery, I was looking for some guided sessions. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any from you, and the ones available online just don’t have the same special touch as yours. It would be amazing if you ever considered creating one! Been with mindful movement since 2018Now most sleep videos have adds. It’s really bad when they happen at the end of a video or during it and they are so loud. This has now become a big problem on YouTube. It’s impossible to continue.
Some of your meditations have ads like this one at the end. It wakes me up. Many older ones do not. Disappointed
