@KetogenicWoman

Nandos is the best, I pick up their chicken wings every now and then! Love watching your grocery hauls!

Fed up now lol. In Wales, we are in lockdown for another 3 weeks. Trying really hard to feel positive. Its a year since we have seen our daughter. One of our sons lives in NY state. He has lots of snow atm. Its been a year last xmas since we have seen him and dont hold out much hope for this year tbh. 😦. Love your vlogs Jackie. Thanks be to Youtube 😁 Hope you feel a bit perkier this week. Xx

Hi Jackie yet another brilliant and inspiring video. Do you think you might do a video on using your keto monitor im interested in getting one but would like to see it used and how to interpret the results. Thanks again.Love Sheena xx

@pjl2963

Another fun video! You made me laugh when you said, "I accidentally spent 200 on gardening supplies." lol! I remember how excited my mom used to get about this time of year. She would spend hours, poring over her seed catalogs and planning her garden. I'm sorry you've been down in the dumps...I hope the warmer weather [and hopefully], more stores opening will cheer you up. The flowers on your window sill are really cheerful. Have you decided on the paint color for the kitchen yet? Take care, dear one...hope you feel better soon<3

@alajnabiya

I have tried using chia in several savory ways. I soak them in soy sauce and add to stir fry so that the flavor sticks to the veggies since I don't thicken with cornstarch anymore. I have also soaked them in lemon juice and then added garlic, cumin and tahineh to make a mock hummus. Sometimes I'll add a little real hummus to it to flavor it but it tastes pretty good. I also have added chia to soups to thicken them up a bit. The pudding is nice, but I try to not use too much sweeteners so I have been trying to come up with some other ways to add chia to my diet.

@whuang7994

I like the chia seeds from Aldi, they're really cheap and the puddings always come out nice and thick. Run if you enjoy it and/or want to build up athleticism. It's not the best exercise for weight loss or even general well-being. Walking (lighter cardio), weights, HIIT are much better options. You can check out Dr Ekberg's videos if you're curious. He can be a bit long winded and nerdy, but I do like his advice especially regarding exercise.

@Amy-Louuu

Keto slimfast... good things coming.... I'd love to know more :) And I'm so grabbing some of that chicken in white sauce :) xx

@adellebrown7416

I’ve never thought about getting chicken in a can but that looked nice, I always see the chicken breast in Cosco that I see on all the American keto hauls but that scares me lol, but the chicken pot pie looked so good and I love how you spent £200 by accident 😂😂 but good for you, your garden will look lovely to relax in, all about self care 🌸

@sheenagillanders6572

Hey Jackie looking forward to your video later today I need some inspiration. Am gutted have had an incredibly strict on point week and have gained 2.3kg what the heck am really disenchanted with life . Have been trying to get the Aldi chicken in white sauce but it doesn't seem to be being stock in North East Scotland again what a bummer. Do you ever get weeks like this. Dont really mind if you know you've been misbehaving then it seems justified. Gosh sorry moaning when people are dying or unemployed cause of (the C word). Love when you're cats join in im really lucky we live in the country and I have 9 all of them rescues. Have a good week xx

@guineapigstime511

is the chicken in white sauce keto friendly? I mean, how much carbs does it have in a full tin ? Thanks :-)
