Evan, at 16:00 or there abouts, you mentioned NOT to copy and paste text into a proposal. At the same time, speed is critical to respond to a client. Can you comment on the right and wrong about writing prewritten proposals inside MS Word, and having, say 8 or 10 available for the jobs you're looking to apply for. These proposals can then be copied and then revised to fit the exact content for that specific job. This will be lots faster than writing a new proposal inside Upwork each time you apply for jobs. BTW, I offer voiceover services for commercials, radio, TV, PSA and audio books. Thanks for your comments.

Bro, I like you as a content creator. You have a positive attitude, you are consistent, and you have a pretty funny sense of humor. My only problem is that I have tried everything you and about a dozen other content creators have suggested and the entire website just sits still. I don't get responses when I make proposals. I haven't been invited to the first project. Hell, people don't even give you the decency of a "No". Upwork has so far, wasted my time, asked me to buy a membership for something that has provided me with nothing, informed me that I'll need to pay in order to apply for more jobs, and assured me that if by some glimmer of hope, I do get a reply, they'll be taking 10-20% of what I earn on these imaginary jobs. So my question to you is this: What does Upwork ACTUALLY HAVE TO OFFER ME if it isn't making it easier to find work? Literally NOT ONE SLIVER OF WORK in WEEKS!

I came across your video coz I would like to learn how I could find a work from home type of Job. But I am a newbie and a beginner... I just got kicked out of the company I was starting to work as a call center agent coz I didn’t meet their standard based on what I was trained... plus it was very toxic to work with jealous people... savotaged my work and someone even turned off my computer on my station during my lunch break. Plus travelling night time under heavy rain isnt really what I am for. I hope to learn from your videos...
