I am 82 years old and just bought a robot doggie from Hiwonder and the model is MechDog. It is a small robot, which I am learning to program as we speak. It has a graphical interface for programming or one could use Python as well. Figuring out its programming environment definitely keeps my fading mind alive a bit longer before I descend into final dementia. I am grateful for this learning opportunity.
That Unitree Go 2 looks and acts more like an insect.
Go2 looks bad ass 🤩
The one you can program and learn programing with is great for kids to learn coding it's a great idea
I was led to believe the Aibo was dropped because there was so many faults with it - mostly around its neck because I nearly purchased one and glad I did not now
4 out of 5 are defunct.
Incredible technology, but I don't know what I'd do with one.
I want a robot dog that looks like a real dog and has the ability to attack or defend.
At least Sony Aibo has a tail.
Why not develop some practical robot dogs at the same time? There are more and more burglaries in the United States. Thousands of families who don't like to walk their dogs are in great need of buying robot dogs with black fur like Tibetan mastiffs that can simply detect movement and roar. No need to do somersaults or dance, just show fangs and roar, and move the head and mouth a few times. The cost should be very low, but the market is definitely much larger than the real dog market (including Tibetan mastiffs). I hope the blogger can pass the msg to the company. Thanks
Now you can walk in the park with the dog and don't have to pick the shit
Know if somebody can build Rover from Wonder woman Lynda Carter TV series.
Aibo.
Thank you for not mentioning prices. Otherwise, people might want to buy then
I love dogs but mine ran away😢
Idk why they can't use Hydrogel IPN for a synthetic tissue replication to simulate muscle movement and create an overall better dog?
Cool
