It forgets setting WIDE and drops it to NARROW which is very irritating because narrow spacing looks too ugly. I would say firmware is not very good: no preview, it asks for confirmation where it shouldn't and don't ask where it should. For making such things configurable we can only dream.

Great review, Thanks! Just wanted to know if you've used this with a 3/4" tape as yet? If so, did you find you had much blank space on the top and bottom of your label? Many reviewers on Amazon say the device will hold the 3/4" tape but it's useless as you can't make the fonts any bigger and there's much wasted space. They say to stick to the 1/2". What are your thoughts on this?

Unfortunately, some years ago, Epson ceased making the glow-in-the-dark tape, which I used extensively for labeling electrical panel breakers. I mean, you go down there when it's dark, right?
