If making a new compensation plan will cost more and is harmful to shareholders than the original compensation. Then couldn't the shareholders be able to sue the shareholder that started this issue in the first place?
For Christ's sake, Chuck's box on the HIGHWAY is NOT the scenario where the front bumper is needed. That is easily seen by the windshield camera (especially on HW4). The front bumper camera is needed in driveways, parking lots, city streets, etc. Especially when starting from parked but countless other scenarios. Remember the Cruise scenario when a pedestrian was knocked down in front of the car? That is when a front bumper camera is needed. (And maybe even the ability to detect something under the car.) The software on the Cruise taxi failed in that scenario but in the case of the Tesla fleet the cars can't see a person who has fallen in the front bumper blind spot. (And the Tesla software isn't smart enough yet to have object permanence after it leaves the car's field of vision, other than some stationary objects. There's a reason the cars back into parking spaces with the auto park feature, beyond that it is easier. But the goal should be 100% field of vision with no blind spots.) This is the march of 9s needed to make driverless cars well beyond safer than human drivers. People will not tolerate the machine making mistakes that humans make all too often. And the machine doesn't have to with enough engineering. A driverless vehicle simply can't have and shouldn't have blind spots. To be clear my primary skepticism is with the existing fleet becoming driverless taxis with "just a software update" (as many expect and claim). I think FSD and Cybercab are going to be huge. But the existing fleet needs work from both a hardware and software perspective before they can be deployed as driverless taxis.
Did anyone notice the speed on Chuck Cook's clip? FSD was accelerating to keep up with traffic. Then dropping speed to go around the box. I can't wait for V13.
Or a big stone which I hit yesterday causing a flat, a garage appointment and me being late to a company meeting. And I got the complaint by Chuck, so slow, but I should have driven that slow to avoid that darn stone. Good Job, FSD !
Cybertruck headlights sure could use a defrost flush lens kit for winter !!βοΈ
It's still legal, usually, to change your mind. That doesn't make one a liar.
Go Dillon!! I enjoy all of your videos!! ππ
Can we as shareholders file a suit against those lawyers and their fees for harming our investments?
FSD is set to improve even further moving forward.
Well it's nice to see Car & Driver coming around just as the Bear stock analysts are doing. Thanks Dylan for having given us the true facts on Tesla since the beginning.
FSD will revolutionize trips around town and cross-country trips alike!
Finally an Electrified Video, thanks Dillon!!
thanks for researching and sharing the details of the appeal process for Elon's compensation. Great episode as always.
Could have "run" over the box.
It was a contractual agreement. They signed it. Itβs binding. Period.
Tesla shareholders should sue the Delaware court for their losses arising from this Delaware court case.
Another great report thank you!
Great info. Thanks
FSD saw that box in the road way before me or the driver.
