I was looking for this on your Instagram to share on my Insta & FB stories for everyone.  I used to burn easily, until I cut to processed oils & sugar and cleaned up my gut with a Functional Medicine Doctor & Nutritionist.  Eating only whole foods.  I stopped burning and healed every symptom I had from Autoimmune dysfunction.  I keep trying to find ways to help people understand the lies they believe aren't helping them.

Meanwhile another Doc is urging you NOT to eat Tomatos bc they are unhealthy AF....
