Congratulations on getting your PRO Card !!!!

This is for people who aren’t just now starting. If you are just starting you are going to be sore regardless. Eat right, and pay attention to your body. Give yourself about a month of getting used to the gym and you won’t be as sore all the time. I train 6 days a week, everything twice. And nothing stays sore for longer than 48 hours anymore…except legs. That takes about 48 hours for the soreness to fully kick in😂

@daveflitton381

Great advice.

@Shreksmith69

Yea thats what i been doing . Arms , chest and shoulders , back, leg day, then arms again. Repeat.

@stevenkunzer7289

Almost more amazing to me is how eating changes as you train. You get used to training hard, you get used to eating more to fuel the training and make it more beneficial. For me at least, the diet part developed with the training.

@3ddythagoat3ddythagoat47

I feel the same way I do chest and biceps on Monday and Friday

@Pilot-ATC

I have a job and family, I can't afford to train everyday. So, 1 day I train legs, rest for 2 days, 1 day chest, 1 day back, 1 day rest, then start again

@JRHawker12

I am currently rotating push, legs, pull, rest. Giving that 3 day he's talking about

@Mohaz114

What about shoulders??

@Mr.Faoustay

I wonder what the Venn diagram of "Turok" and "Master and Commander" acknowledgers looks like

@Meazy15

I do everything same day so I can rest for 6 days

@juliotitosagastegui9453

I 2 weight (pull,push), then active rest day(I swim) then 2 weight days(legs, push again its been 3 days) and so on with this system i rest each muscle group for 3 days, but oncw every 2-3 weeks (depending on gow tired i am) i just take a break for 2 days, bc even if you rest, between workouts you never fully recover, you feel fine but never back to 100% rest for 2 days, go out with friends idk, but after that break you'll be back to 100% you can also use this days to just do other stuff, lets say for exmaaple you have an exam or som at work, welp take your 2-3days rest now.

@VoltronLion

I was waiting every two days so Monday then Wednesday

@keanen5576

legs chest back arms , got it

@joepradella8858

Would you train one muscle group at a time?, or would you train chest and back / tris and bis (not in that order) in a day? Or do you train one muscle group ex. Back for one session then onto the next another day? Im a newbie, iv been going for 3 months now, 5-6 days a week, 10kg heavier in muscle. Iv been doing:
Day 1: chest & back
Day 2: shoulders
Day 3 legs
Day 4 chest and arms
Day 5 full upper body
Day 6 legs.

4-5 exercises each visit, 4 sets each, 10 - 12 reps first 2, then to failer next 2 (all 4-5 exercises)

@comefeastwithme441

When you’re natural, this adds up. Eventually, you’re gonna need that rest day in between the cycle.

@YaNex111

This dude is funny af

@Backpack-y7g

What if you’re natural lol? Also if Sam’s obviously on gear why does he stay with the same split? Couldn’t he go more often?

@rithmik2101

What if you stopped getting sore

@cyberjesus6855

does he do shoulders on arm days?
