It looks like with every new update, I have less space. :face-red-droopy-eyes:
GarageBand always being the app being deleted in these videos.
Why no cache deletion? Please add a simple option . When someone picks up my call a small haptic feedback will help me to know. To be practical I can’t always keep looking at phone while calling or put on speaker or burn my pocket for AirPods . A small haptic feedback lets me know someone picked my call so that while am talking to someone physically or doing some work and phone is in my hand I will instantly know with a small haptic feedback .It’s helps a lot.
Why is there not a “Select All” button when you are in the “Review Large Attachments” tab? Come on Apple, this is simple 😒
1:16 it doesn’t show the option to enable the photos for me
This could have been easy if they put a proper file system
Why not create an apple app to do this Apple?
I purchased 50 GB to help with storage on my phone and it does not reflect that it’s actually holding anything. Very disappointing I do have an iPhone 11 which might be the issue and the cloud did absorb some of the extra but I don’t understand why messages keep getting deleted and I’ve cleaned literally everything and it still doesn’t work
Providing external storage is easier but this is apple
Why dont they have a "select all" button?
Ofc my settings look different no recommendations just Keeps telling me to try deleting apps but I already have deleted almost everything I use I feel bad that my parents bought me this $400 tablet I can’t even have 4 apps at a time I deleted so much and it still says to manage my storage I feel like they wasted their money because I can’t even download all my schooling stuff which is what the tablet was meant for but as you can see that ain’t happening
I just deleted nearly my whole life and it didn’t even make a dent to my storage I am doomed 🤦🏾♀️
in iPads with 64Gb storage the iOS and system data takes about 18Gb which means more than 28% of the storage.
How to clean up the large chunk of system data ?
Funny, so far Apple hasn't been able to solve the problem of disappearing disk space. I currently have “140 GB of apps”, even though there are 5 apps and none of them take up that much space. And what is recommended to do in this case? That's right — just make backup and erase the iPhone.
That doesn't work. I've just bought a new iphone 16. Updated to the latest firmware 18.0.1. Shot a 30min video in 4k log. Used 256Gb of space. Then deleted the video from photos app, and deleted from recently deleted folder in photos app. Now storage is full, I can't use the iphone. Reboots, changing date - nothing helps. No, I don't sync to icloud. What to do?
i delete stuff from photos and it goes down but a few hours later it goes back to nearly full storage without me even saving much of anything inbetween deleting stuff
New iphone needs to have more iCloud storage I have an iPhone 14 with 256gb internal storage why don't you include that with iCloud like Samsung for example with a Samsung if you have 128gb storage that's included in photos too I'm sorry but you charge over 1,000 for a phone with very little icloud storage 5gb isn't enough for what you charge should be at least 64gb icloud free
It’s hilarious to see iOS & System Data on in this demo video occupy very less space then on my actual phone. 😂
