Denying operaton: never, ever, recognize that enemy did it. Whatever other option is better: pilot was drunk, AA crew was drunk, other pilot (if possible, of American airplane drawning Soviet one...) was stupid, drunk, non trained.... That's why, when American civil airplane crash, ALWAYS American investigation group are on scene, and ALWAYS, almost always, it was mistake of stupid African pilot, bad repairs by drunk Eastern European mechanics, breaching of rules etc....
