Bro accidentally will get selected and come back to the service as a green beret
Austin is completing side quests at this point. 😂
The challenges you face and put yourself through are a great inspiration for those wanting to be strong physically and mentally. You’re doing great work with your determination, dedication, discipline and passion. And your spirit and smile are uplifting.
Awesome, Bro. I remember my first cargo net climb around 1973. It was from the water to the top of the elevator on an aircraft carrier (about 45 feet) 3 times and I was DONE…it was a swim day. I would just drown now😂 It was the USS Forrestal…good times.
Woah is that SFC. Peterson?! He was one of the SOPC cadres when I was at Bragg as an 18X Ray! Super chill dude and had some badass stories!
The weaver was kind to all us smaller, agile gymnast like guys and was pretty brutal for the meatheads.
I was there playing OpFor for guys going through selection. We would go through Nasty Nick for PT every day while there. It is no joke. Do it 5 times in a row. You're smoked after 2. We keep going anyway. It's the Airborne way
This man is reading his heart rate on the Obstacle course that is hilarious.
The Endurance Course is actually the longest courses in the U.S. military with roughly five miles to include multiple obstacles along the way. It’s conducted by Marine Corps Officers at The Basic School. To spice things up a little they run the O-Course twice prior to conducting the Endurance Course.
RESPECT to all military service members past and present. Don’t forget the oath you took to protect the constitution of the United States 🇺🇸.
Gut Check Time gotta keep pushing Obstacle Course puts your Will 2carry on 2the Test
Had the opportunity to attempt a Nasty Nick like course back when GoRuck did it for the first time in Massanutten, VA 2013. Later heats had earlier obstacles closed as participants were getting injured. For sure the scariest one for me at 5’2 was the ladder like one where the gaps between the logs got larger the higher you went. 🤘🏻💪🏻
This is probably the most creative camera tutorial on the internet. I would watch a tutorial on how to boil water if you made one.
Austin you always push yourself to the next limit I am amazed at your Clarity focus and determination I'm inspired by you because you do it and overcome your fears I am so glad that watching you has made me more determined to be more physically fit and active thank you mr. Alexander the motivational videos coming next time I want to see a senior citizen try
Try the "Para-rescue" course at Eglin AFB IT ROCKS
We used to do that course as Boy Scouts back in the day lol, crazy course
Brings me back to SFAS
When I did selection there were no helmets and just assessors with clipboards who might say two words to you. I got first time goes on everything and thought it was fun. Tough, exhausting and fun.
On the cargo nets it’s hand on the vertical, foot on the horizontal. Anything else you just end up spiralling.
