Kali provides you with the tools to hack just like Parrot OS but if you don't know how to use the tools u can't do it.

Normal Kali linux provides you with mainly offensive tools. For defending and analysing thteats though, there is kali purple, which is kali's own distro to directly combat attackers. Kali linux just gives you simple tools. It's like trying to do a math equation you never learnt how to solve. It won't happen unless you take your time on it, research, and learn.

i can get the same results with pretty much any distro and enough time. Kali just has most shit pre installed, it's insane how many people talk shit about things they don't really know. Most of the time if a distro doesn't have a tool, you just github that b or track down the tool. foh

Kali Linux is an operating system pre-loaded with scripts that can be used for penetration testing. I’m not particularly fond of the distro for uses outside of work. Much easier to watch videos, play games, make music or whatever on a Mac or Windows computer. For its purposes, however, Kali. Any day.
