Feels like a Modular Synthesis patch. Like the 'Endless Processor' from blukač, or patching up a triple-sustainer thingamabob with some NLC! Windowed comparater + a PLL, feed that into some long-buffer delay/VC sampler (I'd take some broken-out feedback lines, ofc!), and bobs'yer uncle...

MXR have released some bangers recently. I got the poly octave blue with -2, -1, +1 and +2 octaves, phaser, vibrato, fuzz, and mono and poly modes. All that in a normal sized pedal, with pretty blue metallic sparkle paint job.😅
