You should take a look at Splatoon for inspiration at some point. It's less popular in the US than other movement shooters, but they had a ton of super creative ideas for how to run a movement shooter beyond just the inking and swimming mechanics.

Love what you got so far, man! My only complaint is that the guns sound/feel a little weak in the clips you shown. I would probably add stronger visual/audio feedback just to make them feel more impactful. Other than that, this game looks fun and I look forward to what you have in store for us!

Awesome maps is cool and all but I'm here just to pay respects to actually optimising them while making - pressing the damn light bake, drawing in ambient occlusion, reusing textures - perfect, extremely happy to see a unity game that isnt a 50 asset store shaders "stylised" mess that runs in 40fps on top cards <3

Add a gravity gun attachment that works like the one in half life 2, you can use it throw explosive barrels, throw back grenades, and basically interact with the map in some way to give you an advantage

I love this concept, and the style is so good! It's perfectly cartoony while still looking great. 

If I can make a recommendation, I would lean into the parts of the game that make it unique. There are a billion gun games out there and multiplayer is a standard feature. But you have some incredible potential with the approach that I would love to see more of:

Wacky attachments - Not everything has to be hyper optimal or even viable in pvp. I saw another comment for a banana launcher, that sort of thing looks like it would fit right in with the style of this game. Additionally, you could have game modes with only certain weapon attachments or types allowed, which would allow crazy attachments to become viable or encouraged. Imagine a lobby where everyone has to shoot tax forms at each other to avoid the IRS or something dumb like that lol.

Movement - This wouldn't be unique to this game, but fluid movement and speedrun style physics can differentiate the game while keying into the art style. You already have some sweet ideas for movement tech, could also try portals, speed boosts or slowdowns, size modifiers (get shot with the BIG attachment), wall running, gravity changes, etc.

Customization - As much as you can possibly get without overloading development time. One of the key benefits I see with this game is to make a sandbox totally distinct from other gun games. Other games let you add skins, attachments and charms.  How can you go one step further? More customization in models beyond functional differences, a totally distinct color and texture unlock system so you can combine any texture and color, maybe unique sound effects? If you look at something like rocket league for goal explosions, you could have custom kill and death animations on you and other players so you could see unique animations when you kill a player vs someone else killing the same player.

Day 3 of Game Idea:
You can have 5 slots of guns made in the main menu that when the match starts you can buy.Each gun will have a price based on the componets its made out of(each component will have a price, by adding every components price you get the guns price)each round you give the player an amount of money that they can spend on buying guns.That will force the players to make more buddget friendly guns for eco round and also have crazy overpowered guns when having a high buget.This also means the economy is really important for the game and also you can add things that can damage the oponents economy like an ingame task.All those make the game more strategic and fun as you would have to take into considaration that you may not be able to buy that overpowered gun ingame.

Wild idea:
A part that adds boosters to the side of the gun, allowing you to straif very fast and in mid-air.
But also, if you hold down the boost button rather than tap it, you spin around rapidly and gain a massive attack speed increase (both for bullets and melee attacks)
