My s20 ultra became like that too last year after the warranty ended i so far from service center so i ended not minding the phone and bought a new lower end one then after a year i tried opening it and using samsung dex to access the phone and use it as a wifi hotspot the screen went back to it's own as if nothing happened i am using my s20 ultra right now it sometimes turns white again but not so often and not as long as before

I haved same problem 2 months ago with my s20 ultra to fix it wait till the screen become normal after that juste turn off auto Brightness and use it manually
